Maintenance contracts often set a minimum share working Europe: , usually 97% to 99% Middle East: , often 98% or more on main roads South Asia: , often 95% to 98% USA: , often in the high 90s, or a fixed repair time per outage. Patrols give this figure without controllers. See SOP: Night patrol.
