Critical 4 h · High 24 h · Normal 48 h · Low 72 h
- Use Critical only for danger: exposed live parts, a fallen pole, a high-voltage alarm.
- Put a job on hold only for a real reason. Write the reason.
- Always record the cause and the part used.
- Keep one open job per pole.
EN 13306 defines maintenance terms such as corrective and preventive maintenance. It is a useful common language in any region.
Note
In OpenSLMS, every job has a priority and an SLA due time, and late jobs are flagged. See work orders with SLA due times.
