Monthly payment = base fee − penalty
Penalty = light-days dark above the allowed limit × rate
Penalty = light-days dark above the allowed limit × rate
- The measure: share working, SLA met, or both. Define each one as in street light maintenance KPIs.
- The source of truth: controller data, patrols, joint inspection, or a combination.
- Exclusions: grid outages, road works, accidents, vandalism above a limit.
- Response times: by priority, with clock start and stop defined. See SLA response times by priority.
- Reporting: a monthly report from the shared system.
Note
A shared system with full job history ends most disputes. Both sides read the same record.
