How we keep this content correct, and how to report a mistake.
How we keep this content correct
- Sources. Each guide lists the standards and documents it is based on. Where a guide gives a typical value instead of a rule, it says so.
- Review. Each guide shows the date of its last review. Guides are reviewed when a cited standard changes, and at least once a year.
- Regional content. Regional notes are checked against local rules. Where rules differ inside a region, the guide tells you to check locally.
- Independence. Guides do not name or rank luminaire or controller brands.
- Changes. Every change that affects meaning is listed in the changelog.
Report a mistake
If you find a mistake, an out-of-date standard, or a rule that is different in your country, tell us. Include the page, what is wrong, and a source if you have one.
Email support@openslms.com with “Playbook correction” in the subject.
We reply to each report. When a report leads to a change, we list it in the changelog.
