- Record each cabinet and pole with its location.
- Record pole type, height, and condition.
- Record luminaire type, wattage, socket type, and condition.
- Record which cabinet and circuit supplies each pole. USA: For utility lights, record the utility pole number and tariff.
- Mark each light as working or not working at night.
The survey is the baseline for the contract. Import it with the asset import template.
